Sephora

I recently went to spruce up my make up at the mall. I went to Sephora where they recommended a few eye shadows, and liners. It was fun, they did an excellent job, and I looked great (if I do say so myself). I bought a bunch of things. When I got home my first instinct was to take it all of and see if I could do what they did. Big mistake. The crashing reality that I was not and never have been a make up artist came crashing in.

Frustrated by the total uselessness of the items in my hands. I fished around for the receipt, which clearly stated something to the effect of “if you’re not happy we’re not happy.” Nowhere does it say you can return open products, but I had a feeling they’d let me.

When I went in the woman at the counter was very nice. She said I could return anything provided I had a receipt, which I did. I returned the items that I really didn’t need.

I will definitely shop at Sephora again. Not feeling stuck with a product is a wonderful thing.
