I recently found this website GoodGuide, where you can check on the safety of products, like deodorants, toothpastes, grocery items and even toys. The site was created by Dara O’Rourke, a professor of environmental and labor policy at the University of California, Berkeley. His aim was to make product safety information accessible to the public. The website is user friendly and easy to navigate. They even have an app for the iphone. Definitely worth poking around on, especially if you’re the kind of person who finds themself wondering what’s in my sunscreen?
