Today marks the last day of operations for Circuit City stores. Bye bye Circuit City! I’m glad I returned the printer I bought there before you went out of business! :-)
They’ve been in the process of liquidating their inventory for a couple of weeks, and I imagine they’ve gotten rid of mostly everything. Will we see their brand continue online? Looks like it, circuitcity.com has this to say:

I read that the store closings add around 30,000 people to the roster of the unemployed.
