The news outlets today revealed that Circuit City is closing around one hundred and fifty stores. That’s many more than I’d expected when the rumors first started circling. This also means that around seven thousand people will lose their jobs - that is really too bad.
I guess this news isn’t too surprising, considering that since the word first got around the economy has only gotten worse.
Hopefully they’ll release a list of the closings, I want to make sure that the one I’ve been to here in Maryland doesn’t close.
