I still don't get it, but word on the street is that its going to happen. They've supposedly retained Goldman Sachs to help broker the deal. If the deal goes through, I strongly believe that Blockbuster will actually change their name to Circuit City, and convert their stores to a blend of movie and entertainment outlets, selling home entertainment electronics, as well as video games, bluray disks, and music cds.
