Apple Stores

I went to the mall yesterday to visit the Apple Store and get my Macbook battery replaced, and I have to say I'm always impressed by their presentation.

This was my first visit to the "Genius Bar", and while I usually don't like personally interacting with customer service representatives (I appreciate courtesy), their employees were smart and polite. The one who helped was initially wrong about whether or not Apple would supply me a free replacement battery, but accepted the paperwork I provided without a lot of negotiation. I appreciated that.

On my way out, I checked out the new Apple Air. Their merchandising of the "thinnest notebook ever" could have been better. One idea would be to put it on a clear pedestal, so it would look like its floating in the air. What do you think?
