Just finished up my monthly mystery shopping task:
The building and parking lot looked in good shape on both drop off and pick up. The sidewalk was clear of sand and the windows were clean. The interior also looked good, there were several bins behind the counter. They were in slight disarray, but not too bad. Everything was well organized when I visited for pickup, and the customer side of the counter was clean both times.
When I walked in the place was busy, but not with customers, with employees working. I saw about five on my way in, and Yara was the first one to notice me and she immediately asked how I was. I replied, fine, how are you. She then asked if I was dropping off, I concurred, and she then counted out my clothes, and also offered me a VIP bag. I explained I already had one. She then asked if I had any special attention for the clothing, I said no, but I had a coupon. She also asked if I needed the clothes ready that same day. I said no, anytime would be fine. She said they would be ready the next day after 5PM. I had a little trouble understanding what she said, but she was pleasant and friendly.
I walked in and Claudia was the first employee to catch my attention. She noticed my receipts and asked if I was picking up. I said yes and handed her my receipts. She said she would get my clothes and came back a few moments later. She totaled up the cost at the register, and addressed me by name when she let me know the price. I gave her my credit card and she processed the transaction. After I signed the receipt, she said to have a nice day. On my way out, I said you too.
My order consisted of about five shirts and two pairs of pants. The order was processed without starch as I requested, and everything was bagged in a satisfactory manner.
I will return based on this experience. I've been a customer for a long time and it would take a very bad experience to turn me away. I doubt that will happen.
