Dry Cleaning Mystery Shop #4

Just finished up another mystery shop:

Drop-off: I pulled up to the building, the glare shade was down on the left hand window, and there was a nicely made sign saying something about an upcoming holiday, but the information didn’t register. I was just glad to see that it wasn’t hand made - it was printed.

Pick Up: The building looked the same, but on the inside, it appeared to be busier and more disorganized. There were full bins behind the counter, but not in total disarray. I imagine it was a busy morning.

On the inside, the CSR quickly acknowledged my entrance and offered to help me. She then asked if I was dropping off, I confirmed, and then she said the clothes would be ready by 5:30 that day, thanked me and said to have a nice day. She was not wearing her name tag.

I walked in, the CSR asked if she could help me, I said yes, she asked for my phone number, then confirmed my name. She said she’d be right back and went to fetch my clothes. the CSR was there today and was wearing her name tag so I was able to learn her name. the CSR returned, informed me of the total, and then I gave her my credit card. The card process took awhile and from the interaction between the CSRs, I gathered that it often takes a long time for the credit card transactions to process. I signed the receipt, the CSR said thank you and to have a nice night, even though it was morning. I said thanks too and left.

The clothes were ready and packaged in plastic with a rubber band around the coat hangers. I waited until today to pick them up because I wasn’t sure if the store was open yesterday. I was unhappy to learn the VIP discount card was not stamped even though my order total was for $20.99. Customer loyalty programs are important to me.
