That’s pretty sweet, but there are exceptions - no tobacco, stamps, or alcohol. See AmericanExpress.com for full details.
UPDATE: I used this the other day to buy 3 12-packs of soda for $10. $5 off = 36 cans of soda for $5! :-) After the purchase I received $14.50 worth of Extra Care Bucks (ECBs). I shop at CVS waaay too much!
