With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the big retailers are already planning their "Black Friday" sales promotions.
Digg.com had a link to a page with leaked Sears ads, and I'm sure there will be more "leaks", probably from hype-mongers such as Apple. I wouldn't be surprised at all if Apple lifted their restriction on buying iPhones and iPods only with credit cards for the big day.
Personally, I avoid shopping on that day. The stores are so crowded and mobbed its hard to get any shopping done. There are some good sales, but a lot of times there are plenty more sales before the big gift-giving day: Christmas.
