My previous complaints about L.L. Bean were exacerbated this morning when I checked the mail and found a catalog from them. It was bad enough that they sold me a jacket and then reneged on the offer, but to then consider me an existing customer and start sending me catalogs? That’s absurd.
I really wish retailers would not send out so many stupid catalogs. I always just throw them away and it is a total waste of paper, energy, and time.
Note: I’ve always liked L.L. Bean - especially their retail store, but my experience with their website has been poor.
