Love Nordstrom- and I do not like department stores. I like it because it is unlike your typical department store. They are more along the caliber of Bloomingdale's product selection but the customer service of Neiman Marcus, than they are like a Macy's or Filenes. They rarely have sales and don't send out coupons to bring you there, they are consistant in their great selection and superior customer care, and their customers return for that. The store is set up as though the departments are little boutiques, sort of the way Saks and NM do. You'll find shopping there a pleasure.
